Welcome to Krasun Industries Inc. The company was originally started by Michael Krasun in 1982 as a lighting manufacturer in Connecticut. In the 40 years since its launch, it has diversified its interests in a variety of industries, markets, and global locations. The industries have included architectural glass, custom metalwork, architectural millwork, commercial design and construction, retail, food service, entertainment, catalogs, e-commerce, social media – entertainment, manufacturing, import-export, distribution, real estate, finance and business and financial consulting.
The areas of operations with facilities have included New England, New York, Florida, Texas, California, Canada, Europe, and Moscow, Russia. The company has extensive experience from start ups through rapid development, mergers and acquisitions, funding and enhancement of overall maximum market values for the companies. We have done business with some of the most famous brands in the world with exceptional results.
Our current operations are focused on the development and expansion of the Alumininc brands including Posts Depot. Although Berkshire is an operating design and build firm it primarily services Krasun-owned or partnered brands in their new store development.
The Krasun company sees growth in the next few years thru 2025 in the expansion of its own in-house design and engineering team, prototype design, engineering, and an expanded team of graphic designers, web developers, and e-commerce marketing and branding experts.

For nearly 10 years, Magic has been delivering architectural grade glass and metal products to the food service, hospitality, and retail industries.
Our products include high-quality food service specialty items such as booth dividers, privacy screens, restroom partitions, signs, posts, railings, and food guards.
Magic Safety Shields, one of our latest products, is designed to provide operators with stylish, true antimicrobial tempered glass barriers that are guaranteed to remain crystal clear and scratch-free.
We have a wide array of stunning finishes for our metal posts that can be matched to any specifications or architectural interior details.
The current lines of metal posts on the market have been the same basic products for over 30 years with no expansion on material, shapes, sizes, or most important, finishes.
With that in mind, Michael Kasun engineered a new extruded aluminum tube system called Magic Trax. These new extrusions consist of square and round hollow tubing with tightly engineering inserts into the sidewalls of the tubing that offer any variety of combinations that can hold glass, metal, and plastic panels in place.
These new posts have a huge variety of options for use including the foodservice industry, health care industry, retail industry, military placement, government offices, universities, etc.
The post system can be used to hold signs, panels, crowd control, safety railings, and any kind of commercial or consumer furnishing base legs.
Everything we use from the extruded posts, extruded inserts, to the CNC machined base flanges and top caps can be anodized, plated, or powder coated. With these applications and the non screw-required assembly design, you can have 2 or 3 color combinations that the world has not yet seen in the architectural metal fixtures business.
With these multi-color combinations available we can custom match any post to match the customer’s brand name colors.

International Facilitators Inc.
Specializes in business strategy and consulting in the areas of brand development, mergers and acquisitions, vendor agreements, international goods and services sourcing, overall brand enhancement.
International Facilitators, or INFAC as it is referred to, was created based on the 40-plus years of Michael Krasun’s experience in creating companies. This has gone from start-ups and acquisitions with ultimate brand development thru liquidity events or overall company sales. The company offers services from initial market evaluations, current competition, growth opportunities, goods and services evaluations, and sourcing or thru in-house manufacturing. After these vital first run services, the principals can be advised and directed with true to date opportunities and also what could be high-risk factors for consideration.
Ownership is then presented with an extensive business plan overview with all factors taken into consideration with a summation of the owner’s desired short and long-term goals and how those goals can be achieved and what course of action is needed and at what costs. INFAC then offers to provide everything from project management in achieving these goals thru actual search, solicitation, final sale, and liquidity event closings for the sale of the principal’s interest in their company or 100% ownership sale, and most importantly, the terms and any collateral or guarantees to support any debt.

Berkshire Brand
Berkshire Brand provides custom design, engineering, fabrication, and construction to some of the most well-recognized brands – from casinos to restaurants.
Berkshire is a company specialized in the design, fabrication, and supply of complete and turnkey packages to build new or renovate existing commercial facilities.
The markets serviced include food service, hospitality, entertainment, retail, and healthcare. The company has been in this arena since the early 1980s and has performed and provided its services across the USA and overseas in Moscow, Russia. Although it also offers design and construction services, it only provides this service to its own brands in development and a few other select and exclusive operators.
The company no longer maintains any in-house manufacturing for these packages but keeps control of design, engineering, project management, on-site services including supervision. It then pre-stages all products in its Connecticut warehouse and distribution center. This allows a final organized pre-assembly of any project to ensure all specs, finishes, and fit are 100% accurate BEFORE it arrives on-site for final assembly and installation.

SLIDERS SPEEDWAY
Michael Krasun has invested in real estate since an early age back in the late 1970s. He has owned a wide variety of properties from mobile homes, residential properties, mini ranches, commercial property, industrial buildings, 150-plus-year-old brick mills, and oceanfront residential in Florida thru a recent acquisition of a motorcycle racetrack facility on 24 acres in Massachusetts.
The race track purchase was bought with the intention of redeveloping and re-launching the race track, and hence a new brand was created called “SLIDERS SPEEDWAY”. However, with local government challenges declining four-wheel activity and a far greater development cost established, and a far less popular interest in not only the amount of potential regional competitors but also a great exposure for litigation that could occur from any injuries incurred by not only competitors but also by guests and any spectators, the project was canceled per council’s advise and the property sold.
The real estate investment market is an ongoing and continued interest for Krasun Industries and will see further investment and acquisitions in 2022 and onward.
The original Farmers Cow Cafe & Creamery was created by The Farmers Cow group several years ago and is now a very well-established brand and remarkably successful concept.
For a number of years, the store performed well above industry standards and has seen continued growth with recent operational and design upgrades, including now offering delivery and pick-up.
In 2019 Krasun Industries acquired an 80% ownership interest in the company through the creation of FC Development, Inc. In 2020 FC Development was sold to a group of Wall Street executive investors.

Residential Magic
Coming 2024 – Online store featuring specialty architectural products and furniture for private and public residential spaces.
The American Saloon Fixture Company, or ASFCO as it is known, has been a conceptual idea by Michael Krasun since the 1990s. With the advent of internet e-commerce having taken the direct sale markets by storm, the project has now re-entered the development phase as a priority.
The overall DNA calls for an online catalog of a complete and wide variety of options for all furnishings, fixtures, accessories, and equipment to build a complete restaurant, bar, or entertainment facility.
The products will include equipment, architectural millwork, architectural metal fixtures, railings, furniture, wall decor, theme fixtures, food guards, safety shields, booth dividers, signs, metal ceilings, stemware racks, liquor tiers, doors, hardware, lighting, ceiling fans, and theme fixtures.
The entire catalog is being developed on the very popular Shopify e-commerce template that the Krasun Company uses almost exclusively in all of its e-commerce brands.
On the operations side, the majority of the products will be drop-shipped directly from each of the manufacturers, distributors, and dealers providing the products for ASFCO. Look for the completion and launch in 2025.

OFFICES & facilities
Krasun Industries is currently headquartered in Hartford, CT.
It maintained its in-house manufacturing and distribution center through 2022 in Franklin, CT. The building was sold in 2023 and Krasun relocated its in-house manufacturing and distribution operations to a temporary, smaller building complex facility in Bozrah, CT but is in search of a larger commercial facility to support its sales growth projections and needs for recruiting new employees through 2025.
